Marine Service Internship

Parks Marina in Okoboji, Iowa is hiring a Marine Service Intern for the summer 2025 season. This position will be responsible for working directly with the customer to ensure an excellent customer service experience for the maintenance and repair of their boats and water vehicles.

Qualified candidates will have an outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone or email. 

Other qualifications include:
-willingness to learn
-strong computer skills
-the ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
-strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This position includes evening, weekend and holiday hours. All interns with Parks Marina are required to work Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.
