We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships. ```Responsibilities```
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market

```Experience```
- Proven experience in boat sales, outside sales, or other sales field
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
